Second arrest made following death of man in Co. Wexford on New Year’s Eve

GARDAÍ investigating the death of a man in Co. Wexford on New Year's Eve have made a second arrest. Man due in court on voyeurism charge following suspicious activity in Co. Fermanagh

POLICE investigating a report of suspicious activity around public toilets at a commercial premises in Co. Fermanagh have charged a man to court. Anniversary appeal for man who went missing from Belfast on New Year’s Day 2006

POLICE have renewed their appeal for information on a man who disappeared from Belfast on New Year's Day in 2006. Arrest made after body of man found in Wexford

GARDAÍ have arrested a man aged in his 30s after the body of a man in his 60s was found in New Ross, Co. Wexford. Barry Yelverton introduced the bill that will become Yelverton’s Act on this day in 1781. The bill was a modification to Poyning’s Law, which was already in place, and stated that all laws passed by both houses of the Irish parliament should be forwarded to England to become law by royal assent. This took the power to amend laws away from the Irish privy councils.
