A MAN has been assaulted and threatened in Belfast in what police are treating as a racially-motivated hate crime. The incident occurred in the Upper Crescent area in the south of the city last weekend. GARDAÍ have seized £280,000 worth of suspected heroin as well as a number of offensive weapons following searches in Dublin. THE locations of two new speed cameras which have been installed across Ireland have been revealed. Average speed cameras have been installed between Kilduff and BIllis, Cavan on the N3.
