Almost €4m worth of suspected cocaine seized at Rosslare

ALMOST €4m worth of suspected cocaine has been seized by Revenue officers at Rosslare Europort in Co. Wexford. The drugs were discovered at the seaport on Friday as a result of risk profiling. £20,000 reward offered for information on ‘barbaric murder’ in West Belfast

Man arrested after substantial drugs seizure at addresses across Belfast

A MAN has been arrested after police seized almost half-a-million pounds worth of drugs from addresses across Belfast. This day officially marked the last day of the Irish War of Independence after a truce was agreed upon by Ireland and England. Starting on July 11, the IRA suspended efforts by their forces. The truce, which had been in talks since December of 1920, was decided on by Eamon de Valera and Lord Middleton and was formally signed by Dail members Robert Barton and Eamon Duggan and British Army commander Neville Macready.
