Man and woman arrested by police investigating sudden death in Belfast

POLICE investigating the sudden death of a person in Belfast on Saturday have arrested two people. The person died in the Donegall Avenue area in the south of the city. Man arrested after €8m drugs seizure in Dublin

A MAN has been arrested following the seizure of €8m of suspected drugs in Dublin on Friday. €1m in cash was also discovered during the search operation at a residence in The Ward, Dublin 11, conducted by the Dublin Crime Response Team. Bill Doolin, famous western outlaw of Irish descent, escaped from jail on this day in 1896. Born in Arkansas, Doolin went west and worked several jobs as a cowboy on Oklahoma ranches. He eventually became a member of the Dalton gang, who attempted several robberies. In 1892, Doolin formed his own gang called the Wild Bunch, which became the most infamous outlaw group of the west at that time. Doolin was eventually shot and killed by U.S. Marshal Heck Thomas.
