Alan Fagan is a Partner with CrossCountry Consulting, leading their Transformation Practice in New York, with a focus on the Financial Services Sector.

Overseeing more than 70 consultants, Alan leads his team in supporting companies in executing large-scale transformation projects and addressing key regulatory deficiencies in areas such as Risk, Operations, Finance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance. He is a trusted advisor to C-level executives across the Financial Services industry, which has allowed him to build an extensive client base in the NY Metro area.

Originally from Dublin, Alan moved to the US in 2012 and met his wife, Susie (2023 Wall Street 50 Honoree) in 2014. They live in Brooklyn with their three children, Eva, Felix and Toby.

Alan received his BA in Economics from University College Dublin. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CAMS-certified professional. Alan also sits on the Executive Board of Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA and volunteers regularly with Junior Achievement, New York Cares, and other charitable organizations in New York.
