Aoiffe McGarry joined Apollo in 2024 as a Managing Director on Apollo Capital Solutions’ (ACS) Syndicate team, supporting Apollo’s global platforms and the continued growth of its asset-backed and structured debt business. She leads the sales and placement of new-issue debt securities and structured equity, working closely with many of the world’s largest asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and hedge funds.

Before joining Apollo, Aoiffe was a Managing Director and Head of the Global ABS & RMBS Syndicate Team at Citi, based most recently in New York. During her tenure, she led syndication for several debut and innovative programs for leading issuers and executed some of the most significant debt and residual sales in the securitized markets.

Aoiffe serves on the Board of the Women’s Bond Club, a long-standing industry organization dedicated to advancing women in financial services, where she Co-Chairs the Corporate Outreach & Membership Committee. She joined the Structured Finance Association’s Women in Securitization (WiS) Cabinet in 2024 and has participated in several industry working groups and committees.

A proud Tipperary woman, Aoiffe is an active member of the community and a dedicated volunteer leader with New York Road Runners (NYRR); if you have run the New York City Marathon, there’s a good chance you’ve seen her at the finish line. Aoiffe holds a BSc in Economics and Finance (Honours) from University College Dublin.
