Beazley Insurance

Brendan Dunn is currently the Partner Engagement lead for the NY region at Beazley Insurance. A graduate of Virginia Tech and Fordham Prep, Brendan started his insurance career 14 years ago in Atlanta as a Professional lines broker for Aon. He then spent the last 12 years in the NY market, mainly on the Directors and Officers underwriting side with Chubb, Berkshire Hathaway, and Markel. Prior to joining Beazley, Brendan had managed retail distribution for Markel across the Northeast and Atlanta.  

Brendan and his wife, Alex, were married last year and moved back to his hometown of New Rochelle, NY, after spending the last decade in the city. They recently welcomed their first child, Thomas Terence Dunn, named after Brendan’s Irish American grandfather, Terence J. McGrath.
