As Vice President of Finance at Concept Construction Services Inc., Clare Cunningham oversees finance and internal operations, focusing on strategic planning, financial reporting, project profitability analysis, and risk management. 

With over 11 years of experience, Clare is known for being analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused, working to strengthen financial performance and support sustainable growth. 

Clare serves on the Executive Global Board of love.fútbol and has held leadership roles with Na Fianna San Diego LGFA and the Southwest GAA Board. She is also on the Executive Board of NAIOP a leading commercial real estate organization and is a committee member of Professional Women in Construction, advocating for women in the AEC industries. 

Born and raised in Duleek, Co. Meath, Clare holds B.A. (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from Limerick Institute of Technology and has completed certifications in Strategic Financial Analysis from Harvard Business School Online and Business Consultancy from IAP Career College. She moved to the U.S. in 2015 on a graduate visa to pursue a career in accounting and finance, and from San Diego to New York, she has carried her Irish roots with her, staying engaged in the Irish American community through sports, philanthropy, and professional networks.
