Dorothy Kilroy
ÕURA
Dorothy Kilroy is the Chief Commercial Officer at ÕURA, where she leads the company’s global go-to-market efforts, inclining the enterprise and partnerships business across healthcare, employers, research, and digital health ecosystems. She is responsible for scaling ÕURA’s science-health insights to organizations worldwide-expanding clinical credibility, unlocking new use cases in prevention, women’s health, and performance, and deepening ÕURA’s role in the future of personal health.
Before joining ÕURA, Dorothy spent over a decade building high-growth platforms at some of the world’s most innovative companies. At Airbnb, she led the global Host Community, helping grow the platform from 200,000 homes to more than 7 million listings across 190 countries. During her tenure, Airbnb’s valuation expanded from under $10 billion to over $100 billion at IPO.
At Marqeta, Dorothy joined at the ground floor as VP of Business Development and Revenue, helping build the company’s commercial engine and contributing to its growth from a $25 million valuation to its $15 billion public market debut. Earlier in her career, she held product, and commercial roles at Visa, Heineken, and KPMG.
Dorothy is also a qualified CPA and began her career at KPMG, where she practiced in audit and forensic advisory.
Beyond her executive work, Dorothy is deeply engaged in the innovation ecosystem. She serves on the boards of Cardless and Boatsetter, as well as EatReal, a nonprofit dedicated to improving children’s nutrition in schools. She is an active angel investor supporting early-stage founders.
She was raised between Clara Co.Offaly and Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Dorothy comes from a family deeply rooted in education and Irish heritage. She and her four siblings, along with both parents, are all graduates of Trinity College Dublin, where she studied Business and Economics.
