Edwina Fitzmaurice

Edwina is Microsoft Corporate Vice President – Industry Solutions Delivery, leading Microsoft’s global consulting organization dedicated to helping customers thrive and transform in an AI-first world by delivering secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions across industries, ensuring delivery excellence and accelerated innovation at scale. 

Edwina was formerly the EY Global Innovation Markets Leader, leveraging frontier technology such as AI, blockchain, quantum computing and robotics to transform industries.  Edwina specializes in driving AI and data strategies for Fortune 500 companies, and she advises C-suite and boards on AI strategy, data risk, and digital transformation. As EY’s Global Chief Customer Success Officer, she drove commercialization of EY’s tech portfolio, overseeing customer success, product management, UX design, business analysis, and frontier innovation.

Edwina is on the World Economic Forum AI Governance Alliance and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Trinity College Dublin, lecturing on frontier technologies. Edwina was the co-founder of the EY Cognitive Human Enterprise Group, focused on exploring the interplay between humans and technology, with a particular focus on developing careers in technology for neurodiverse professionals. She was the EY Global Consulting Markets and Business Development Leader, responsible for $10BN in revenue across 140 markets, including leading the Consulting Industry Groups covering financial services, healthcare, government and consumer products.

Formerly, Edwina has been a CEO, COO, and CEO of European financial services businesses, and she held multiple board positions on public and private boards in the International Financial Services Center (IFSC). Edwina is originally from Dublin, where she studied Computer Science and played varsity tennis at Trinity College. Her career took her from the IFSC in Dublin to London, on to New York in 2011 with her husband and two daughters.
