For over thirty years, Elizabeth has been representing major financial institutions acting as indenture trustee, in agency capacities and as lenders in corporate and municipal financings involving secured and unsecured debt, project finance transactions, securitizations and syndicated loan transactions.  She also regularly counsels clients in workout, restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

A proud, third-generation Irish American, Elizabeth’s grandparents emigrated from County Kerry and County Leitrim to New York City.  Elizabeth graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.  She and her husband, Davin, reside in Chatham, New Jersey and have three children.
