Fergus Keenan is a seasoned technology executive with over 17 years of experience building and scaling high-performance software business in global capital markets. As Co-founder and COO of AI One, he helps leaders unlock the power of AI to transform workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and create a durable competitive advantage.

At AI One, Fergus focuses on operational excellence and scalable delivery, ensuring that large organizations can deploy AI solutions without costly data migrations

or multi-year transformations. His work bridges the gap between business strategy and deep technology execution—bringing adaptive intelligence to complex, real-world systems.

Before founding AI One, Fergus served as Chief Strategy Officer at Adaptive, a multinational trading technology firm. He launched and scaled the company’s New York office, growing it from inception to over 60 employees and driving global expansion to more than $50 million in revenue. Fergus also led the commercialization of Aeron, an ultra-low-latency data messaging platform now used across the world’s leading financial institutions.

Throughout his career, he has partnered with major investment banks, asset managers, and exchanges to deliver mission-critical, high-performance systems that power global markets.

An Irish native, Fergus holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, where he continues to mentor undergraduate students. He lives in New York City with his family.
