Fergus Keenan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience delivering next-generation software solutions for world-leading financial institutions. As Co-founder and Managing Partner for AI One, Fergus helps CEOs and senior leaders navigate the fast-moving world of AI to capitalize on this transformative technology. With over 17 years working in capital markets, Fergus built a broad spectrum of experience across strategy, software delivery, sales, and general management with the largest financial institutions in the world.

Playing a pivotal role in the growth of a multinational trading technology business, one of his key achievements was establishing the New York office for Adaptive, a multi-award-winning consultancy, growing it from the ground up to over 60 employees and significantly contributing to the company’s expansion to over $50 million in revenue.

While serving as the Chief Strategy Officer, Fergus spearheaded a strategic initiative to transform the business from a majority professional service to a recurring revenue model resulting in significantly increased enterprise value. He built key relationships with AWS and Google Cloud to drive innovative solutions for major customers.

An Irish native, Fergus holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin where he continues to act as a mentor for undergraduate students.
