Gavan Corr
Gavan Corr is the founder and CEO of Quintilian, an education technology company providing data science and AI solutions to leading higher education institutions in the US. He is also the founder of Pazithi, an AI company. With 25 years of experience in Data Science, Gavan has held executive roles at Google and the New York Stock Exchange, as well as founded companies with successful exits. As a former options trader, he was the principal of the equity options market-making team at Cowen (now TD Bank).
Gavan has invested in five companies in Northern Ireland and is a member of the New York Economic Advisory Board for the Northern Ireland Executive Office. He was the first employee of First Derivatives in the US, joining in 1998, and played a key role in driving leading-edge technology in finance, data science, and cloud computing.
Notably, Gavan was instrumental in the New York Stock Exchange’s foreign direct investment in Belfast, the largest in Europe at the time, and also led the TD Bank investment in Belfast.
