Jac Dunne

Jac Dunne, a first-generation Irish woman born in County Dublin and raised in County Laois, is the CEO of Dimply, an innovative, no-code, new-generation customer experience platform designed specifically for financial services. Dimply allows organizations to leverage any data source available to deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences, regardless of complexity, at scale. Under her leadership, Dimply is currently expanding into the United States.

She brings over 30 years of expertise in financial services and fintech, backed by an MBA from Dublin Business School. Throughout her career, Jac has held senior roles at prestigious institutions, including HSBC, Bank of New York (BNY), Bank of America (BOA), and Confluence Technologies, where she held global positions and developed and executed transformative strategies. Her international perspective and diverse sector experience enable her to deliver innovative solutions and foster meaningful growth.

Jac’s leadership philosophy is rooted in empowerment. She balances the needs of clients and teams to build solid and lasting relationships. Her dedication to social progress extends beyond her professional life to her charity and volunteering work, where she actively champions equal opportunities. This commitment to making a difference inspires those around her.

Jac now resides in County Offaly with her Husband, Damien, their three children, Megan, Holli, and Dylan, and their Dog, Cooper.
