Jac Dunne

Dimply

Jac Dunne is Chief Executive Officer of Dimply, the award-winning no-code financial experience platform (FXP) built for regulated financial services. Under her leadership, Dimply’s technology reaches 3.2 million customers through existing institutions including AIB Life, and Mercer, and the company is now expanding into the United States and Canada.

Dimply is the UX infrastructure layer that enables product teams in financial services to build and scale customer experience, turning complex, fragmented data into hyper personalized digital journeys without engineering resource. Recognition includes AIFinTech100 in 2025 and 2026, the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, KPMG Global Tech Innovator, and the Inter Celtic Start-Up Challenge, which Dimply won both in Ireland and overall.

Jac brings more than 30 years across financial services and fintech, with senior roles at HSBC, Bank of New York, Bank of America and Confluence Technologies, including Deputy CEO and co-lead on the delivery of Ireland’s first MiFID license for derivative clearing. She holds an MBA from Dublin Business School.

Outside Dimply, Jac is a Non-Executive Director of Student Sport Ireland and former Chairperson of Basketball Ireland, the only woman to chair a mixed-gender National Governing Body in Irish sport. She founded Belong SRL, a program opening routes into technology for women at the start, rise and lead stages of their careers, and chairs a primary school board. Her view of leadership is simple: climbing is only half the job, the other half is holding the ladder.

Born in County Dublin and raised in County Laois, Jac lives in County Offaly with her husband Damien, their three children Megan, Holli and Dylan, and their dog Cooper.
