Jim has more than 30 years of investment banking experience. Prior to founding CDX, he worked at Salomon Brothers, DLJ, Credit Suisse, and Bank of America.  Jim focused on the Internet and Cable sectors, where he advised some of the leading global companies, including TransPerfect, Comcast, TimeWarner, Charter, AOL, eBay, Expedia, Facebook, Fanatics, Getty Images, Google, LinkedIn, Priceline, and Monster. Jim earned his bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in finance from the Columbia Business School. He also served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and was deployed to the Persian Gulf during operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
