John O’Shea joined Westminster in 1987 and is now chairman and CEO, co-founding member of the Global Alliance Partners, and vice chairman of Monarch Capital Group LLC. He is a member of the New York Stock Exchange, the New York Board of Trade and the Securities Traders Association, as well as the American Council on Renewable Energy. John is also a non-executive director of BlueRock Energy, AllGreen Energy, and China Aoxing Pharmaceutical.

John has testified before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Congress regarding the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley regulation on U.S. companies. He has also spoken at the Great Hall of the People in China regarding coal technology.
John earned BA and MA degrees in economics from the University of Cincinnati,
