Kevin M. Sherlock is Managing Director and co-head of the Global Financial Sponsor Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kevin assumed this role in 2018 following his role as co-head of the bank’s Global Leveraged Finance business. Prior to joining Bank of America, he headed Loan and High Yield Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank AG. He is a chartered financial analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

A native of Queens, N.Y., Kevin graduated from SUNY Albany with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management information systems, earning his master’s degree in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Kevin is a second-generation Irish American with roots in Sligo on his father’s side and in Mayo and Roscommon on his mother’s. He serves on the board of Archbishop Molloy High School. Kevin and his wife, Amy, have three children, Erin, Timothy, and Meghan.
