Kevin O’Brien
Kevin is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Alliance Bernstein. In his role, he focuses on working with global founders and business owners across the high and ultra-high-net-worth universe. Additionally, he works with local non-profit organizations and foundations. Prior to being a wealth advisor, Kevin spent 12 years at JP Morgan as an institutional derivatives trader working with some of the largest asset managers and hedge funds in the world.
He is a CFP® and earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Fordham University. In addition to being an active supporter of his alma mater, Fordham University, Kevin is also heavily involved in two local non-profit organizations. He is the Finance Chair and Treasurer of New Yorkers Against Gun Violence and sits on the Young Professionals Board of the Urban Justice Center.
Kevin’s Irish ancestors came to Brooklyn and Yonkers, New York, in the late 1840s. His family roots tie back to Roscommon on his mom’s side and Cork on his dad’s side. He lives in downtown NYC with his wife, Danielle, and his two kids, Jesse and Cammie.
