Lawrence J. “Larry” Luppi is a partner at Coffey Modica LLP, where he focuses on general liability matters in state and federal courts.
Admitted to practice in New York, Texas, and California, Larry is often called upon to defend high-exposure cases involving major disasters, from construction accidents, fires and explosions, products and premises liability and class actions. Throughout his 15-year career, Larry has provided counsel to the largest insurers and excess insurers in complex high exposure cases. He practices out of Coffey Modica’s Tarrytown office.
Outside of the law, he currently serves on the pastoral council of his local church where he and his wife drive elderly parishioners to Mass.
Larry is a proud member of the Fighting Irish having obtained his JD from Notre Dame Law School after earning his BA from University of California Irvine. He is deeply proud of his Irish heritage having two dual citizen parents and regularly marching in the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New York City as part of a contingent from the University of Notre Dame. His family hails from County Fermanagh and he formerly served as a member of the Celtic Bar Association.
