Linda Croston is the CoFounder and Managing Partner of Croston Flood Recruiting, Consulting & Events, a New York-based firm, specializing in executive recruiting, organizational consulting, and event strategy for corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations. 

Linda is also the founder of Savvy Consulting, a firm that delivered bespoke financial coordination, estate-planning oversight, international management, and comprehensive property management services to high-net-worth clients across the U.S., UK, and Switzerland. She led multi-jurisdictional affairs, facilitating seamless collaboration among legal, financial, and investment advisors, and oversaw complex property and investment portfolios with precision and discretion, enabling her clients to focus on their long-term goals with clarity and confidence.

A native of Skibbereen, Co. Cork, Linda was honored as Cork Woman of the Year by the Co. Cork B.P&P Association of New York in 2024, recognizing her professional achievements and contributions to the Irish American community. 

Linda holds a Bachelor’s in Social Science and a Master’s in Management and Marketing from University College Cork. She currently lives in New York, with her husband, Jer McCarthy, a West Cork native, and their five-year old daughter, Olivia. Known for her joint leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and collaborative style, Linda bridges business excellence with community engagement across Irish America, while occasionally reminding everyone that spreadsheets, strategy, and heart can coexist.
