Louise Jones
Spending 20+ years on the trading floor of the NYSE is the cornerstone of Louise Jones’s career. She was the youngest woman to hold a seat as a member and the youngest woman to be nominated for the NYSE governorship. Participating in numerous committees at the NYSE, including the Stock Allocation Committee and the Floor Members Emergency Fund, she was a pillar of the community.
Louise spearheaded the use and development of handheld technology, forever transforming floor trading and execution. After selling her Floor Brokerage Operations to Sungard Global, she took time off to start a family. She later joined the Murray/Peeler Wealth Management team at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. After two years at Merrill, Louise took a position on the originations team at ExWorks Capital, specializing in Senior Secured Debt Finance, further expanding her skill set.
She is currently the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Beneficient, leading Private Equity asset sales, Trading, and new business development.
Louise has devotedly served on the prestigious board of the New York Foundling Hospital and as an advisor to the Felix Organization. As an adoptee, she doesn’t know many details about her birth, but she is very proud of her Irish ancestry.
