Maureen Pace
World Trade Center Dublin
Maureen Pace is the President of the World Trade Center Dublin (WTCD), part of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), a global network of more than 300 World Trade Centers across 100 countries. With over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy and new business development, Maureen is recognized for her expertise in guiding companies through growth, expansion, and international market entry. She has a particular passion for supporting small businesses as they navigate the complexities of global trade, offering deep insights and access to an extensive network of trade specialists.
Maureen’s connection to Ireland is deeply personal. Her maternal grandparents emigrated from Ireland to Boston, where they instilled a strong sense of Irish heritage that continues to this day throughout the family. Maureen has many cherished memories of summers spent in Ireland and hosting Irish relatives in Boston – traditions that continue today with regular transatlantic family gatherings for birthdays, weddings, and other special celebrations.
Dividing her time between Boston and Dublin, Maureen leads the WTCD’s flagship initiative, Trade Bridge, a cross-border growth program developed in partnership with Ireland Gateway to Europe. Trade Bridge unites business leaders, government partners, and academic institutions to promote collaboration, innovation, and new opportunities between Ireland and international markets.
Maureen is part of the Drew Company, her family’s real estate business, which operates three World Trade Center licenses – Dublin, Boston, and Washington, D.C. The Drew family has a long history of supporting Irish American philanthropic causes, a commitment Maureen proudly continues. She currently serves on the board of the Irish American Partnership, whose mission is to deepen the connection between the people of Ireland and the United States through targeted investment in education, innovation, and youth empowerment across the island.
