Mike Duffy is president of Medical Products for Cardinal Health. In this role, Duffy has global responsibility for the Cardinal Health-branded product portfolio, manufacturing, and R&D.

In his previous role as president of the company’s Medical Supply Chain, Duffy led the Hospital Supply, Lab/Scientific Products and Ambulatory Care businesses. Prior to Cardinal Health, Duffy served as vice president, Global Value Chain at the Gillette Company, where he had global responsibility for customer service, revenue management, demand planning, distribution, and promotions management.

Duffy earned both a bachelor’s degree in operations research and a master’s degree in transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbus Metropolitan Library Foundation.

He is a fourth-generation Irish American with roots in Dublin on both sides of the family, and ancestors from Kilkenny on his mother’s side. He remarks, “my family is from Boston, where the Irish community is still very active. I am proud to be a descendant of the Irish community that both built the city infrastructure and shaped its local culture. It is that work ethic and sense of purpose that I carry with me every day.”
