Orla Maguire is a Monaghan-born entrepreneur and luxury brand builder based in New York. After earning her degree in fashion design in Dublin, she launched her career in the world of glossy editorial, first with British Vogue and later as a Sittings Editor at Cosmopolitan in New York. In 2016, Orla founded Lash Star Beauty, a prestige cosmetics brand celebrated for its award-winning products and elevated approach to modern beauty. Now sold through leading retailers globally, Lash Star has become a cult favorite for women seeking instant confidence.

Earlier this year, she expanded her vision with Lubify, a sensorial intimacy-wellness brand designed to empower women through embodiment, connection, and pleasure. Lubify reflects her commitment to redefining intimacy as a luxurious, holistic, and confidence-driven experience for women at every age.
