Rory Griffith

As an EY digital strategy senior manager, Rory has executed multiple digital transformation and strategic growth engagements bringing industry experience and a global perspective. Previous to EY, Rory worked with Samsung, Mastercard, and KeyBank in payments, security, product innovation, and fintech partnering.

Rory moved to New York in 2004 after living in Dublin, Incheon, and Paris. Soon after, his work took him to Frankfurt for three years before returning to New York to set up an office for a Dublin-based software company. He helped build the US business prior to its acquisition by Bloomberg.

As SVP of Enterprise Ireland New York 2012, Rory led the fintech and cyber portfolio of Irish-based companies in the U.S. There, he advised on investment, partnerships, scaling and technology sales to banks and the U.S. government.

Rory participates in local charity golf and race events, supports the local and Donegal GAA, and has held board positions at the Irish Repertory Theater in New York and the Irish International Business Organization in New York.

With a grandmother born in South Carolina and siblings born in Brooklyn, Rory was born in Donegal. He graduated with a BSc from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and Trinity College Dublin and a Master of International Business from DIT.

Rory and his wife Diane live in Fairfield, Connecticut, with their two daughters, Cara and Wren.
