Sean Kelley is a Managing Director at Gridiron Capital, a relationship-driven investment firm dedicated to generating long-term value and growing resilient businesses across the middle market. At Gridiron, Sean focuses on developing new business partnerships, managing investment sourcing, and exit planning. He serves on the board of Vistage Worldwide.

Sean began his career in Deutsche Bank’s investment banking division in New York and Hong Kong. He received a B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Outside of work, Sean is an active volunteer at The Congregational Church of New Canaan, New Canaan Country School, and various youth sports teams.

Sean lives in New Canaan, Connecticut, with his wife Bridget and their two sons. He is a third-generation Irish American, tracing his Irish ancestry on his father’s and mother’s sides to Counties Galway, Roscommon, and Kerry.
