Most recently, Steve Vincent served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Brigade Capital Management, LP (ret.), a $26 Bn global asset management firm specializing in credit strategies. Previously, after a number of years in private practice, Mr. Vincent served as Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel of Lehman Brother, Inc., and then served as Associate Director of Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Vincent has been involved in a number of educational not-for-profits serving on the Board of Trustees of Xavier High School (Chair), Sacred Heart Academy, and The Gregorian University Foundation. Mr. Vincent currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Boston College Wall Street Business Leadership Council.
