Man charged with GBH after teenager attacked

A MAN has been charged with grievous bodily harm after a teenager was attacked in Co. Antrim. Armed robber threatens fast-food store staff with knife

A 35-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested following an attempted robbery at a fast-food store in Belfast. Female pedestrian in her 80s dies following Co. Down collision

A WOMAN in her 80s has died following a collision in Co. Down. The incident, which involved a collision between a pedestrian and a car, occurred on Saturday evening on Carryduff. 329 passengers were killed in a plane crash off the coast of Ireland. Air India flight 182 was en route from Montreal to Dehli, when it was blown up in Irish airspace by a bomb. Investigation into the flight led Canadian officials to believe that a Sikh militant group called Babbar Khalsa was responsible for the bombing. 280 Canadian citizens, 27 British citizens and 22 Indian citizens were lost, resulting in the largest mass murder in modern Canadian history. A monument remembering the event was unveiled in 1986 in Ahakista, Cork.
