New Co. Meath facility ends export of Poolbeg incinerator ash
A NEW facility in Knockharley, Navan, has ended the need to export ash from Dublin’s Poolbeg incinerator. Operated by Panda, the €35m plant began running in May and is the first in Ireland to process bottom ash on the island. Witness appeal after cyclist seriously injured in Waterford collision
A CYCLIST is in hospital after being seriously injured in a collision in Waterford. The e-bike and a car collided on Cork Road (R680) in Waterford City before 8pm on November 16.
