Galway and Wexford GAA report record spending and surpluses for 2024

Wexford GAA and Galway GAA have both reported strong financial results for 2024. Galway set a new inter-county record with €2.7 million in team spending, slightly higher than 2023’s €2.65 million. GARDAÍ seized illegal drugs worth more than €105k during a raid on a house in Co. Cork. Officer attached to the Togher Drugs unit in County Cork discovered €105,700 worth of drugs during a raid on a home in Carrigaline on December 3.
