Rapist jailed following ‘horrendous’ attack

A MAN has been jailed for 11 years after being convicted of rape. Thomas Carr, 35, was sentenced at Plymouth Crown Court after being found guilty by a jury of one rape and one attempted rape. A BIRMINGHAM man has died after being involved in a collision in Co. Armagh. DETECTIVES have made an arrest after a man was stabbed in the neck as he walked through the city of Belfast in the early hours of yesterday morning.
