TWO men who exploited girls in the care system have been convicted of historic sexual offences against two teenage girls in Birmingham more than 20 years ago. GARDAÍ are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of woman missing from Co. Limerick. Shauna O'Neill, 32, was reported missing in Limerick city on Monday, February 24. Taoiseach pays tribute to Henry Kelly after Going for Gold presenter passes away

TAOISEACH Micheál Martin has paid tribute to broadcaster Henry Kelly, who died on Tuesday at the age of 78. After the start of the Irish Rebellion of 1798 on May 24, the United Irishmen were defeated by British forces on this day in 1798. Historically known as the Battle of Vinegar Hill, almost 1,000 rebels lost their lives in this battle, which marked a turning point and eventual loss in the Rebellion of 1798.
