GARDAÍ investigating the murder of young man in Co. Limerick 17 years ago have renewed their appeal for information. The body of 19-year-old Jeffrey Hannan was found in O'Malley Park, Southill, Limerick at around 10.40am on November 22, 2007. GARDAÍ investigating the mysterious disappearance of a Co. Cork man 32 years ago have issued a new appeal for information. A MAN has died and a woman left seriously injured following a road traffic collision in Co. Leitrim. The single-vehicle collision occurred at around 7am on Thursday in Derryherk on a local road between Kinlough and Garrison. Man arrested over fatal Creeslough explosion is released without charge

A MAN arrested by gardaí investigating the 2022 explosion at a Co. Donegal petrol station that claimed 10 lives has been released without charge. June 5, 1968

Following his win in the California and South Dakota primaries, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy made a speech addressing his campaign supporters at the Ambassador Hotel in LA, California. In an effort to make it to a press conference on time, Kennedy decided to pass through the kitchen, where he was shot by Sirhan Bishara Sirhan. He sustained three gun shot wounds and was immediately rushed to The Good Samaritan Hospital. Despite surgery, Kennedy died the next morning on June 6, 1968.
