THREE people have been left with serious injuries following an aggravated burglary in Cork. Two women and a man were taken to hospital following the incident, which occurred at around 6am on Wednesday at a house on Millerd Street. A WOMAN has appeared in court charged with the murder of a baby found dead in woodland 26 years ago. Joanne Sharkey, 54, of West Derby, Liverpool, appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Tuesday charged with murder and the concealment of the birth of a child. A MAN has been sentenced to 15 years after raping a woman several times while attempting to collect a drug debt from the victim's friend. Three arrested over reported kidnapping attempt in Belfast
