Man and woman arrested by police investigating sudden death in Belfast

POLICE investigating the sudden death of a person in Belfast on Saturday have arrested two people. The person died in the Donegall Avenue area in the south of the city. A statement from the PSNI said that one male and one female had been arrested as part of the investigation. They are currently assisting police with their enquiries. A MAN has been arrested following the seizure of €8m of suspected drugs in Dublin on Friday. €1m in cash was also discovered during the search operation at a residence in The Ward, Dublin 11, conducted by the Dublin Crime Response Team. Pensioner found dead in his Derry home is named locally as man charged

A PENSIONER who was found dead at his home in Derry has been named locally as Noel O’Sullivan. The body of Mr O'Sullivan, who was in his 80s, was discovered on Wednesday afternoon at the house in the Culmore Road area of the city.
