Irish America is excited to announce that on Monday, October 3, 2022, we will be celebrating the 2022 Irish America Healthcare 50 and Frontline Heroes at the New York Yacht Club.

Irish America magazine’s annual Healthcare 50 recognizes the excellence, performance, and extraordinary contributions of Irish-American and Irish-born leaders in fields including medical care, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, research and development, and life sciences venture capital. This year we will also be celebrating the Frontline heroes that have worked tirelessly to get us through the past two years and the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year’s Healthcare 50 Awards Gala will be the first since 2019 when Dr. Kevin Tracey, President and CEO of the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research was the keynote speaker. Dr. Tracey was recently featured in the Wall Street Journal for his research on stimulating the vagus nerve and utilizing electricity to help relieve disease. The audience at the Healthcare 50 had the opportunity to learn 3 years prior about Dr. Tracey’s journey from studying science and medicine to pioneering his cutting-edge research in bioelectric medicine.

As we honor the healthcare and frontline heroes of the past two years Northwell Health President and CEO, Michael Dowling will provide the keynote address and help us recognize these caring and compassionate individuals who have worked tirelessly over the past two and half years.

Please join us as we return to celebrating healthcare heroes, to learn more about Irish America’s Healthcare 50 or to make a reservation please contact Mary Cucinell at maryc@irishamerica.com.
