THE HIGH COURT in Belfast has ruled that part of the British Government's Legacy Act is in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). A MAN has been extradited from Northern Ireland to Lithuania as part of an investigation into a child sexual offence. The 31-year-old was extradited today by officers from the PSNI's International Policing Unit (IPU), working in partnership with Lithuanian police officers.
