Vulnerable teen targeted by gang in disability hate crime attack

AN ‘unacceptable’ attack on a young man in Co. Armagh is being treated as a disability hate crime, police have confirmed. ‘Historic moment’ as sacred relics of martyred Irish saint set to return to Ireland for first time

Woman found with bullets and balaclavas sentenced for terrorism offences

A WOMAN who was found with bullets, balaclavas and instructions on how to build a bomb has been sentenced for terrorism offences in Co. Antrim. On this day in 1816, Dublin born playwright and politician Richard Brinsley Sheridan died in London. Sheridan was a member of the British House of Commons and is best remembered for his plays “A Trip to Scarborough,” “The Rivals,” and “The School for Scandal.” He was very well respected by his contemporaries and is buried at the Poet’s Corner at Westminster Abbey.
