Belfast shop caught selling cigarettes and vapes to children

A SHOP in Belfast has been banned from selling cigarettes and vapes after being caught selling them to children. Schoolchildren among winners of new Luke Kelly bursary

Fines for littering and dog fouling rise to €250 this year

ON-THE-SPOT fines for littering and dog fouling will rise by €100 in Ireland this year.
