Father and sons jailed for killing man for Rolex watches

THREE men have been jailed after pleading guilty to killing a man in broad daylight in Birmingham last year.  Darren Smith was ambushed on March 15, 2023, after leaving a phone shop in Heath Way, Shard End. GAA signs up to road safety campaign as death toll increases in North

A first edition draft of a chapter from James Joyce’s “Ulysses” is sold for close to £900,000 at an auction on this date in 2001. The scribble-filled manuscript of the chapter, titled Eumaeus, was sold by Sotheby’s. It was expected to sell for more than £1m.
