Apollo
Andrew Rogers is a Principal and Finance Modernization Lead at Apollo, where he partners with the firm’s senior leaders to transform its finance function – redesigning the operating model, modernizing systems, and building the infrastructure that supports the firm’s position at the frontier of the industry.
Before joining Apollo, Andrew was a Managing Director at CrossCountry Consulting, which he joined as one of a handful of early employees in 2012. Over thirteen years, he helped build the firm to more than 1,300 professionals, standing up its Finance Transformation practice and leading a range of impactful projects across top Wall Street clients.
After growing up in Kildare, Andrew began his career at EY in Dublin, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a certified Project Management Professional.
Andrew moved to the US in 2012, living in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. before settling in New York in 2015. He and his wife, Jazmin, live on the Upper West Side with their two-year-old son, Liam, and on most mornings you’ll find them running around Central Park.
