Brendan Doran

Brendan F. Doran is a NYC based Senior Sales Manager at SIX Financial Information U.S.A. Currently focused on delivering financial data products to banks; brokers; asset managers; hedge funds; exchanges; and fintech vendors across the U.S. Brendan has been in client facing roles on Wall Street since 1993 selling trade execution, financial technology infrastructure, market access solutions, and regulatory technology.  Prior to SIX Financial Doran held senior sales roles at both Chi-X Global (a Nomura and Instinet subsidiary) where he managed sales teams in Toronto, Tokyo, Sydney, Hong Kong and Hyannis Port Research, a specialist in advanced trading technology for capital markets.  From 2007 thru 2011 Doran ran U.S. sales for London based stock exchange platform Chi-X Europe.

A first-generation Irish-American, Brendan resides in northern New Jersey where he and his wife Jennifer have raised 4 children.  Brendan travels to Ireland frequently and maintains close ties to scores of dear cousins and friends in Mayo, Cork, Longford, Dublin, and London.

His mother Eilish (nee Derrig) hails from Tourmakeady and Shrule, County Mayo – the youngest of 12 children – and immigrated to the U.S. in 1952.  Eilish married American, John J. Doran, and settled in Edgewater, NJ where they raised 10 children. Doran graduated from Iona College in 1991.
