Colette Garcia is Global Head of Enterprise Data Real-Time Content at Bloomberg, where she leads the company’s real-time data products, including B-PIPE. With more than 20 years in financial technology and market data, she brings deep cross-asset expertise and a career at the intersection of technology and financial markets. Her experience includes many years at the New York Stock Exchange and, more recently, a period at Stripe, spanning engineering, product and client services.

A native of Killimor, Co. Galway, Colette, whose maiden name is Duffy, earned her degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from University College Galway. Growing up in Galway, family, community and the GAA were central to her life and remain an important connection to Ireland.

With much of her family still in Ireland, Colette returns as often as possible and maintains a deep connection to Irish music, culture and sport. She is proud to share that connection with her husband, Brian, and their sons, Setanta and Donnacha, who share her love of Irish traditions and heritage. The family lives in New Jersey.
