AI One

Conor Twomey is the co-founder and chief executive of AI One. Through the firm’s 1-5-10 model – prototype in one week, early production in five, full production in ten – he focuses on integrating AI into existing systems and automating workflows without requiring large-scale data lakes.

Conor and co-founder Fergus Keenan developed an “AI-Shoring” approach that uses autonomous software to manage and monitor operations. He has more than 15 years of experience building real-time analytics at leading financial institutions such as Citi, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. He has applied that expertise to sectors ranging from healthcare and manufacturing to energy and motorsport.

An Irish national based in New York, Conor is a frequent speaker on responsible AI topics at venues including NVIDIA’s AI conferences and the World Economic Forum in Davos. He serves on the University College Cork Alumni Board and the U.S. board of GOAL Global. In 2025, he helped raise funds for GOAL USA’s Great Ethiopian Run.
