MM Hayes

David Hayes is a managing partner at the MM Hayes Company, a software company focused on labor management solutions for the workplace and headquartered in Albany, New York. David and his wife Lauren have been married for 26 years and have five children: Caroline, D. Patrick, Grace, Margaret and William. David’s Irish roots are strong on both sides of the family (Hayes and McQueeney), and his grandfather Michael C. Hayes immigrated to the United States from County Tipperary in the early 1900s. The Hayes family’s Irish heritage and Catholic faith have been integral parts of their lives, forming a foundation for success in business, sports, and most importantly family. David joined MM Hayes in 1988 after graduating from Boston College. Currently David is one of the managing partners alongside his father Michael M. Hayes and two brothers, Michael and John. David focuses primarily on the company’s flagship Quickcharge product line. Over the last 25 years, MM Hayes has grown from a Northeastern regional company to a Tier I provider of enterprise point of sale and cashless payment solutions for the corporate campus throughout the United States. Its customer base includes the nation’s largest healthcare networks and many of the Fortune 500.
