Declan Breslin is Chief Revenue Officer at FinTrU and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Based in Belfast, he leads FinTrU’s Client Account Management and Business Development functions, driving growth and strengthening relationships with many of the world’s leading financial institutions, including across Wall Street.

Declan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in global financial services. Prior to joining FinTrU, he served as Global Head of Client Service and Onboarding for Securities Services at J.P. Morgan in New York. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles with Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Nomura Securities.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Declan supports initiatives focused on education, entrepreneurship and social impact. He is an Honorary Professor of Practice at Queen’s Business School in Belfast, a Trustee of the Arise Foundation and Treasurer of the Friends of Young Enterprise NI Foundation.

Originally from Derry, Northern Ireland,  Declan holds a First Class Honours degree from Queen’s University Belfast and an MSc in Finance from the University of London.
