Hannah Foley

Hannah Foley is a Vice President in Principal Finance at Macquarie, where she has spent six years building a broad investing career – first in London and, for the past four years, in New York City. At Macquarie, she is recognized for her expertise in executing investments across a broad range of sectors, including software, digital infrastructure, and business services.
Hannah began her career at Goldman Sachs in London, gaining rigorous analytical and transactional experience and a global perspective that laid the foundation for her investment career.
Born and raised in Dundalk, Co. Louth, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Beyond her professional work, Hannah is deeply committed to service and community advancement. She serves on the Board of LIFT, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and ex-panding economic opportunity for families in New York.
She is also an active angel investor, investing in female founders transforming healthcare – particularly in biotech and consumer health. Through this work, Hannah has become a champion of women-led innovation, helping increase representation and access to capital within early-stage venture ecosystems.
