A visionary leader, Jac is currently spearheading Dimply’s strategic expansion into the United States market. The Dimply platform empowers organizations to leverage diverse data sources to deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences at scale, regardless of underlying data complexity.

With over 30 years of deep-domain expertise spanning financial services and FinTech, Jac’s career is marked by developing and executing transformative global strategies. She holds an MBA from Dublin Business School and has held senior, influential roles at prestigious international institutions, including HSBC, Bank of New York (BNY), Bank of America (BOA), and Confluence Technologies. Her extensive international perspective and diverse sector experience are instrumental in delivering innovative solutions and driving meaningful growth.

Jac’s leadership philosophy is rooted in empowerment and a commitment to build-ing solid, lasting relationships by effectively balancing the needs of clients and teams. Born in County Dublin and raised in County Laois, Jac now resides in County Offaly with her husband, Damien, their three children, Megan, Holli, and Dylan, and their dog, Cooper.
